To register for Orchestra, students and their parent/guardian(s) must follow the steps below:

 

1) Please review the handbook thoroughly before completing the contract.

 

2) The Orchestra Contract may be completed using the google form link below, or it can be submitted to Mrs Raymond using the forms in the handbook.  Please note this agreement is for the student and the parent/guardian(s). Contracts must be completed by August 30 th.

3) The Instrument Agreement may be completed using the google form link below, or it can be submitted to Mrs Raymond using the forms in the handbook.  If you are interested in renting a school instrument for your child to use, this form must be completed by August 30 th.

4) Please fundraise or pay the cost for your child's supplies and uniform as listed in the handbook by September 27th.  You can stop by the school's office or send cash, certified check, or money order with your child made out to Berkeley High School.
